Has anyone purchased or have any insight with Taylor Morrison homes? My husband and I just moved to Phoenix area, and are looking at these. Also, we will want to build a pool since none of them come with them already. Anyone that has built a pool and have recommendations regarding who to have build it and how long it will take? Is it too late to have one built this year? Should we wait to have it built in the winter (cost savings?)?

If you are set on a pool, you will save a lot of money buying a house that already has one. If you have to have a new home, then you will have to bite the bullet and spend the money. They do offer better deals in the winter, so it depends on how anxious you are to get it done. If you are buying a house that hasn't been built yet, you will already lose a chunk of the swimming season this year.
