If I was a native I would probably feel the same way you do but having lived in many different locales, I appreciate Phoenix for what it is and aside from Hawaii and Southern California, there really isn't a place that has better weather. Aside from Hawaii and So Cal, every place has it's bad weather season and I will take our bad weather season over theirs.
