I just heard on the news that her husband attempted to warn Police just prior to her being found dead. She was apparently laid over for a couple hours and was very depressed and suicidal, but her husbands warnings never got to them.

So why did her family allow/let her travel alone if they were worried about her well being?

Sorry, I've been there and seen it all . . . NO SYMPATHY WHATSOEVER!
Aren't you a little too quick to judge, Bummer?! Airports today can easily drive any fairly sane person insane for a good number of reasons. I can't even enjoy my vacations anymore. Just the thought of approaching an airport gives me the creeps.

Her own family had concerns about her being suicidal. She was on her way to booze rehab in Tucson. Why was she traveling alone? She went off for no reason - other than, it appears, a mental disorder exacerbated by alcohol

I'm very sorry this woman died. But, unlike some, I am not putting ANY blame, at this time, on the Police officers at Sky Harbor -

Simple question, budylove,

If he was so AWARE and CONCERNED . . . WHY WAS SHE TRAVELING ALONE?

I wouldn't know his state of mind or anything else about either of them obviously, maybe you should ask the family that question. But she must of said something to him that tipped him off prompting the call to the police.

Simple answer BUMMER, That's a question you should ask the husband. The news did just update this story to show the interview with their attorney stating they think she might of been drinking (obviously), but the husbands call didn't get to Police until an hour after her death.
