How often are the train tracks used that run along side Grand? Thanks.

Thanks so much. There is no way I will buy a condo close to those tracks if they are that busy.

Yep, it is a pretty busy track. I visit frequently and stay at that Best Western next door to Quick Trip and just down from Fry's grocery. Every night around 11:30pm like clock work!

They are that busy. You can probably get a great deal along the BNSF. I think the trains are not allowed to blow their horns through Sun City but regardless the trains are still loud.

They blow their horns. I am quite a bit north and can still hear them.

I stayed there before I closed and it sounded like they were going to go right through the room!

I lived down the street form the rrtracks one time. It was about 1/4 mile from front door to tracks. We got used to it and the only time it was really annoying was when windows and front door were open. had to get up and close door when the trains went by. But if you can get used to it you could probably find some schmokin deals!!
