Hi. We just moved to Chandler and our house is pretty dirty. I want to power wash but not sure if there is a right time/less dusty time to get it done. Thanks so much.

After monsoon season ends. That way, there's little to no chance of another dust storm occurring for the next 9-10 months.

I've heard mixed things about whether or not you can pressure wash stucco. Is that what you plan on doing? My house needs it too but I'm not sure if it can be done without damaging the stucco.

We just did it, what you need to do is adjust the pressure to it's lowest setting to start and adjust as required.

I had no problem with the stucco when they power washed my house before painting it. Paint was the original, 17 years old, and I thought I'd lose some of that. Lost very, very little.
