Hello Everyone,

We currently have reservations for the above hotel for my March trip to AZ for Spring Training. We booked this one because we got a good deal for "friends & family discoutn" Is this a decent neighborhood, or should we be looking for another hotel. There are plenty of hotels, but due to the season, this one the only one offering the discount.

LaQuinta Inn Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport North.
4727 E Thomas Rd
Phoenix, AZ 85018

My husband and I stayed there the night before we left to come home from our honeymoon. It wasn't a bad place. The bathtub had a tiny bit of dirt in it but other than that it wasn't bad. The only bad side was that it was a pain in the butt to find if you aren't familiar with the area!

You could do better, but you could also do a lot worse. I'd say if you got a good deal on the price, it's fine. It's very centrally located, a major plus. There's a major shopping center nearby on 44th and Thomas with some restaurants.

You could do much better. I moved here 6 months ago and had to stay while traveling with my dog in only LaQuinta Inns cause they allow pets. They were dirty. Each one. Try Hampton Inn they are always clean, clean clean

I always look for those every where I have to stay over night, clean, free breakfast in the AM and most times they are located in the better locations.
