Just saw a pair of Bald eagles here in McCormick Ranch! Been living here in the valley for the past 30 years and have never seen these awesome birds here before.

I believe they supposedly hang out near the Verde river... Maybe they made their way over to your neck of the woods...

There are several around Lake Saguaro, too. Ive seen them nesting along the cliffs. Nice photo!

There is a Bald eagle nesting area north of the Verde by Needles Rock.

Nice. Maybe those are locals. They usually don't go too far from their nest, IIRC.
