We're ready to buy when we make aa final decision. There are still considerations unresolved. We like Green Valley but we also think there might be more of a 'community' in a resort style setting such as Anthem. We love Quail Creek but not the cost. We have friends who live in Quail Creek and when we visit them it seems like a nice place, although a bit more remote than we would want for ourselves. We prefer to be between Phoenix and Tucson, to be able to access both cities. Anthem Merrill Ranch fills the bill. Plus, the amenities can't be beat...and zero cow smell.
