With regards to Angela Brosso & Melanie Bernas murders in 1992-93; their murderer has been identified, arrested & charged. Initially, an anonymous tip given to Phx PD, showed a mass of bicycles in a tin shed; whereupon "the" 2 missing bicycles, along w/DNA evidence was found, leading to the arrest. Breaking news story was on local news & Phoenix Republic newspaper, in 2014 thru 2015 timeframe. The killer was an older teenager (18-19 yrs old), at the time of the 1st murder! Hope this helps...
