Hi,

Planning to move into Club Cancun apartments, Chandler. Am new to AZ and hence any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Because of the school, am really divided between Club Cancun and Pinnacle Terrace. Thanks for your help in advance.

I toured both of these with my wife's little sister when she was considering an apartment ~10 years ago and we both preferred pinnacle terrace for reasons that escape me. she ended up going with San Ventura on the other side of Ray (I think merely for the pool) but pinnacle terrace was the other finalist. I remember washer/dryer in the unit was one of her top features she needed so maybe that was a factor. Club Cancun is walking distance to the mall, the other much further if that matters.

Toured Club Cancun with our 20 something son this year. He moved to Chandler a couple of months ago for his first post-college job. Other apartments were closer to his employer and larger for slightly less money. I don't recall looking at Pinnacle Terrace, but I do recall the name.
