At that level I see 30-40% of annual salary as a bonus

Right. $130k is not c-level nor top management unless it's in a very small company.

Hello again,
I would like to ask about other question: I know the school hours for children with age 5 years is short (I remember in California my friend's children were from 8-11.30 in kindergarten. What do you pay if you child go to daycare after school hours more or less in a public elementary? I am looking for this information in the greatschool and I can't see this.
Thanks so much.

it will depend on the school district - some will have full day kindergarten without additional cost. Some you can buy the afternoon. Some it's just half day and that is it.

Our district has full day kindergarten. You can add on early morning and late night extended day if you need. Cost depends on the number of school days a month. The PM portion runs until 6pm and the most expensive month is $250 for us.

There are private options as well where they can shuttle the kid from the school to their facility - those can cost a bit more

And can I know what is your school district? We would prefer full kindergarten, if it is possible! This information I didn't see on the website... Maybe we have to ask in the school district than we are interested.

Thanks
