We are considering relocation from Texas to the Mesa/Phoenix area at the end of the school year. It's been 23 years since I lived in Az as a child. We have 2 special needs children (1 high functioning autism and the other with severe adhd / borderline Aspergers). One is in elementary and one in high school. Can anyone recommend the best schools and best area to be in?

Also- my husband works in the towing industry. Can anyone provide any information about the towing out there? Like for example: are the cities all on rotation or is a everyone matches for the vehicles? What is the industry like for that field?

Also looking for the safest area to live (rent house that will accept 3 big dogs). And if possible- the best horse boarding facilities as we have 3 horses.

Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

lots of places to board your horses so figure where you want to live first. For school needs - I have a friend who swears by Chaparral HS - her child is HFA and he's been in that school district since elementary and doing well. A therapist I know recommends Saguaro HS - both in Scottsdale both public. There are charter schools specific to special needs so you should look at greatschools.org and azed.gov - for work - everyone here drives so towing I gather would be a high demand job? with car dealerships, service stations, etc. Any shop which is affiliated with AAA would be a good start IMO. If you are into horse therapy you should look into hunkapi.org and/or horseshelp.org ... if your kids are going to equine studies there is a fantastic school which I wish my kids would go to in the paradise valley school district that when they come out - they have 2 years of college credits accredited and recognized by ASU - Paradise Valley Public Charter School \| Early College \| AAEC High Schools - there are lots of boarding places/horsemanship schools in this area as well...

Hope this info helps
