I have seen those houses with the tall RV garages. It reminds me of the elephant door at the circus.

Currently I have a Roadtrek, a Class B motorhome that at 19.5 feet long will fit into any driveway. But I can easily see us getting something larger with actual beds (instead of a fold-down sofa) for extended trips.

One thought I had was renting a warehouse space with a tall roll-up door and using it both for RV storage and for my business.

Well, there's houses around the 303/Northern area that have unattached shops/RV garages, usually on 2 acres that might fit your bill. At least you'd be able to deduct the shop/garage portion if you use it for your business.

That's a pretty decent price (relatively speaking) for covered. Do you recall what length it would accommodate?

I'd love to have an RV garage. I like to do a lot of tinkering on mine, but it's tough to do when it's 20 minutes away on a dirt lot, and I'm very limited as to what I can do parked in front of the house.

Maybe someday, but then I'd probably want a newer RV to keep in that garage!

Why pay to store an rv just buy in a non hoa area. It's reasons like this that I will never live in an hoa. They are run by busy bodies who get off on controlling other people.

I know they've got 40 footers in there, we had a 30 ft with space to spare.
