There aren't as many as there used to be that actually work with fitting/blocking the hats. I found this, which is where I would start. https://www.heritagehatshop.com/

The only western wear shop ive ever even seen around here is just west of I17. somewhere around dunlap-thunderbird. I think its right next to a QT.

If nobody answers I would just take a drive out to cave creek. There has got to be a few out their.

Looks that heritage hat shop is what you're lookin for.

It depends on whether someone desires to be just a cutesy-cute, western-wear wearing, fakey-fake, fancy-pants dude, or a real-life rough & tough cowpuncher like myself.

Heritage Hats is where you want to go. Saba's used to have a hat person at all of their stores but I don't know if they do anymore...but they may let you use their steamer if you ask nicely.

I do not know what Tractor Supply Company stores in Arizona are like. Most stores I have seen usually sell Justin hats and boots, authentic Wrangler Cowboy Cut jeans and shirts, Ariat boots, and various spurs and straps.

Of course..."Nice" Western Hat is a relative term...what are we talking here...a 20x? If it is wool or say a 4x, you may just want to buy something new. The cost of repair (depending on the extent of the damage) vs. the cost of something new may be a factor in lower quality felts.

^^^^ hmm, not sure about its quality; my brother gave it to me. Yeah, it's felt. I'll let the experts advise me if it's worth fixing vs. buying a new one.
