Johnny's Burger & Dogs I love their burgers, italian beef and italian sausage.
Johnny's* Burgers

Chuckbox has also been a favorite going back 30+years

Detroit Coney Island has excellent burgers but the are thin patties so probably not for you.

Here's the link for Gilgin's Bar and that 2 Lb Burger contest
I've been there a couple times, never had the burger though. Kind of a gimmicky dive type bar. Food is decent to pretty good. Can be kind of fun.

I was in the once when a guy finished to 20 corn dog challenge

Rehab is excellent, especially if you're into non-traditional burger toppings like mac n cheese. If I'm just looking to grab something quick at the drive thru on my way home, Lenny's is one of my favorites.

I like Chuckbox too. Rehab I would put on par with Cold Beer & Cheeseburgers. Joes Farm Grill has a decent burger as well. For fast food burgers, Five Guys is tops

Uh... I went to Whut-a-burger once. A long time ago. It was edible. That was before the pink slime scare...

Has anyone tried Islands?

There used to be a location in the Tempe Mill district before it became Pedal Haus brewery.

I sometimes go to the one in Avondale, their burgers are huge.
