I currently have Cox but I am tired of the annual price hikes. The one good thing I can say about them is that I've never heard a peep from them regarding my data usage. And I stream a lot of Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.

I have never heard anything from them regarding data caps, if they have them, I haven't reached them. Almost everything we watch is streamed so I am assuming we use quite a bit.

Keep in mind, CenturyLink will tack on about $2-3 dollars to their advertised price for "recovery fees"

CenturyLink | Federal Regulatory Recovery Fee Explained

It allows the company to pass on the cost of government meddling to you for their additional cost of doing business. I'm not sure if its' a set fee for every company or if they can pull a number out of........the air and tack it on.

Its actually so they can raise rates by a dollar for people locked into a contract. Still a heck of a lot cheaper than cox though.
