Hi, I use to work for this company in IT. They came to Glendale, AZ from SF back in 2006. CSAA hired over 400 people and had a great start as well as a brand new building. Everyone love coming to work and it was one of the best places to be hired. I love it but thing start getting ugly when our CEO retired. In 2008, they laided off over 200 people. We were all hurt by the way the company turn us out. The culture and laid back work environment was wonderful but the management team from California had no Arizona culture and was hiring their families to work their in the management roles. All the good people were let go of and that was a sad day in Glendale for us. I'm not sure if things have changed but I hope they clean house and changed management. Good Luck
