Hello,

I will make this quick and somewhat to the point. My hubby and I are moving out of NJ, I am born and raised
Love NJ, but its time for a big change we are ready we have visited multiple times to AZ and have friends there. The heat we are aware of. my question is we cant decide on a area at all. we need to be at minimum 45 min from Sky harbor Airport for work. My husband is stuck on Chandler expensive we average about 95,000 a year combined. I like and Gilbert parts of Phoenix, we would like some diversity we are AA couple in our early and mid forties if that helps any suggestions? Dee

Gilbert is a bit far for your 45 mins to airport. Depends on traffic I suppose. Have you considered Ahwatukee. It's just west of Chandler mostly but in the city of Phoenix.

You have friends in the area? Which area? What do they have to say? I agree with Ponderosa. Gilbert is a bit far for that 45 minute time frame. Or I might suggest that you simply leave for work early to avoid the rush hour traffic. Are you looking to rent or buy? Ahwatukee is a great area, but it's definitely a hot area. Homes are going super fast, especially rentals. I can give you a contact for rentals in the area if you'd like it.

Does he have a particular area of Chandler in mind? Why is he stuck on Chandler? Nothing wrong with it, just curious.

:-)

Minimum 45 minutes from the airport? I think you'll have to go north to the Cave Creek area, south to Casa Grande or east to Apache Junction or far east Mesa. Chandler and Gilbert are both likely less than 45 minutes to the airport. Why can't you live closer in?
