No, you cannot use the carpool lanes unless you have two or more in the vehicle or have an alternative fuel vehicle with the appropriate license plate (of which no more are available, unless things have changed)


You should be okay with an hour as long as you don't go too far east in Mesa.

Thank you that is helpful. Our budget is $300k 3 bed 2 bath at least.
