The reason we shop on Saturdays is that you working folks clog up our golf courses that day so we need to do something different!!! You disrupt our schedule and we return the favour.

My favorite bumper sticker ever:

I actually have found a few more:

(I just enjoy the jokes, I have nothing against the right of citizens to move about the country and welcome their economic impact on our communities, despite the increased traffic/business.)

We pay for them and they are in neighborhoods where we own homes, so not sure of your point.

"Your" golf courses? Excuuuuuse me? You easily forget that WE are the ones who live here. WE are the ones who built those golf courses. WE are the ones who work to maintain those courses. WE are the ones who live here year round, and bust our backs all week to enjoy those courses on the weekends. So therefore I think its safe to say that WE have the right to the courses over those who just come here for a few months to complain. You have all week to enjoy the golf courses because, well, you have nothing better to do.

Here in Vistancia, i.e., N.W. of Loop 303 and Lone Mountain Pkwy, I can see the increased population showing up at the community center and filling up the parking lots. I also see more trash cans at the curb on pickup day.

A lot of our Canadian snowbirds sold off their homes the past year or two as the Canadian Dollar (aka the Loonie) has steadily fallen the past 5 years to where their dollar is only worth 75-cents U.S. What that means is they sell their homes here and have hundreds of thousands of strong U.S. Dollars to spend back in Canada where a U.S.Dollar buys them a whole lot more. There are still for sale signs all over the place up here.
