South Mountain Freeway remains on track with latest court ruling

Well, looks like another strike against the freeway opponents and another victory for the Valley and Arizona. U.S. District Judge Diane Humetewa has denied a motion for injunction to halt all construction activities for the South Mountain Freeway, concluding that the freeway opponents are unlikely to prevail on appeal. Hopefully she is right considering how liberal the 9th Circuit is.

Great news. But you keep pushing this political garbage with no bearing on the merits.

Freeway expansion and "liberal" Circuit Court are not mutually exclusive.

This is great news for the Valley. I'm glad to see this hurdle has been removed
