Sure, but the cafe in question is in a residential area with a more established population, hence why I think it makes sense that they aren't open late. The later crowds are likely undergrads, grad students and millennials.

I'll never understand why Starbucks became so popular. When I drink coffee, I like it black with some creamer, very simple ... not dozens of other additives that amount to over $5 per cup. Even their regular black coffee is super strong with a horrible taste, and expensive for how lousy it is.
