I am considering trying the life of a snow bird! I love Sun City and am stumped as to where I can find a house to rent for next winter. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks for any help!

Here's some too peruse, but I'd contact local SC real estate agents for assistance. You can google SC Realtors for a list. https://www.homes.com/rentals/sun-city-az/
Most private owners rent out a year in advance and for long periods of time, many do shorter periods during the popular great weather periods, especially Nov-Apr.

Winter rentals fill up fast so start your search in June or July I'd say, most of them get listed on places like Zillow just look for the more expensive places for their area or type "furnished" into the search box and you should get a big chunk of them.

What I have seen is a home that goes for $1200 a month for a typical one year lease will pop up to about $1800-$2200 for winter months and above that during spring training, specifically the Sun City/Surprise area. Hell most places unfurnished that rent on 6 month leases can get a $300+ premium.

You will find many more furnished places in Sun City than Surprise but a high number of them exist in both areas.
