Okay, last question. Narrowed down places to live in the east valley and our last place (my husband's favorite apartment complex thus far) is in Gilbert on E Civic Center Drive 85296.

Is that a good area? We dont want to be in any run down areas or areas with a lot of crime or congestion. He's currently in AZ now and about to explore the area (basically just going to drive around and look).

TIA!

Most of Gilbert is not run down, crime is not a huge issue either. Looking at a map, I would think that area would be a good spot.

Your right next to the police station there, can't imagine crime being bad there.
