Hi,
Can anyone please suggest some good apartments for a family with kids to live near Central Ave and Thomas Rd in Phoenix? Any good apartment suggestions in Tempe is also fine. I am looking at budget not more than $1100/month. Thanks.

You need a 2 bedroom I'm guessing?

This place looks really nice on 15th St. and Osborn. Beautiful by the pictures and right on budget. A 2 bedroom just became available.

They just renovated those. They used to be a sort of artsy off the beaten path type of complex but the remodel made them nicer, more boring, but nicer. That’s a decent area too. You’re adjacent to the Phoenix country club and a lot of decent mom and pop places.

That's Zazu Pannee Park Regent. I used to live there. It wasn't bad at all when I lived there, but heard they have new management these days
