If they saw you without the belt and tried to stop you before you dropped off your kids they wouldn't go through the hassle to stop and give you a ticket - so pay the ticket - I'm one of those parents that has a pet peeve with other parents who feel entitled to break the rules during pickup/drop-off times 12 years and I'm almost done thankfully! My nerves are shot practically every morning with parents who drive 40+in a 25/15 zone and don't wait for kids to cross to go through intersections and do uturns when they shouldn't - wish we had more cops where we are to give more tix to these parents who think they're above the law! pay the ticket!
