Hi guys, Thank you for maintaining such great site!! Tons of useful info. No junk posts. So, finally after many years I am moving from California . Date is set( this week). I did a few interviews prior, but I can see my choices limited because I am not local. I decided just move in and find a job. I am software professional with over 15 years of experience. Here are few questions if you can give me little info 1. Hiring agencies. a) are they requiring personal interview? I am not big fan of driving around and burn gas just for getting into their list, Here in CA I deal with them without personal interview. b)what are the best to work with? 2. The best local job search sites? Except for very common (Moster, dice, Comp Jobs). Thank you.
