I never said I cared if someone wants to live in a fake farmhouse. I simply explained that there is a reason why the facade of a "town" isn't going anywhere.
What exactly did I judge? I'm pointing out facts based on your prior posts.

Oh wow. I certainly didn't judge anything either. I simply stated facts. Let's stick to conversation at hand without the emotional nonsense, especially of the baseless variety.

I'm often in the Gilbert around Higley and Guadalupe. Now, I know nothing of the history surrounding Gilbert but the neighborhoods I pass through are very nice.

It's easy to understand why Gilbert is popular.

I have a mat in front on my clothes washer that says "Laundry". Do you think it is too much?

I don’t think it’s offering too much needed explanation, but if it makes you happy!

Just no giant EAT signs in the kitchen. What if I’m not hungry? Quit yelling. LOL

My point: Your size comparisons in your earlier post are semi-irrelevant. Now compare PHX to other major sprawling cities like Nashville (526 square miles), or San Antonio (515 square miles), or Oklahoma City (621 square miles). They too lack a focus in their individual DT areas. It's because of s-p-r-a-w-l.
Doesn't tell the whole story. Out of the top 7 largest municipal parks in the US, 3 are in Phoenix.

South Mountain Park is the largest city park in the country and alone is bigger than a lot of cities. There are tons of areas of Phoenix that can never be developed.

You should create some decorative pieces reminding people of that.

I am getting a fancy, distressed wood, cursive sign for my bathroom that says 'pee and poop' to match my 'eat' sign. I think it really helps clear up for guests what room serves what purpose.
