Lol. That's a secondary procedure to eliminate palm-prints, along with getting one's fingerprints removed, a handy dodge for criminals.

Interesting, thanks. As it happens, I "know" them. They trimmed our HOA palms once or twice, and I talked to Troy himself, who seemed like a good guy. I think I'd asked him about regular gardening, in my eternal search for an inexpensive low-key gardener, but they only do trees.
