Since I've moved here from Chicago 2 1/2 years ago, I've found that there are not many hair stylists like me that are skilled enough to maintain ethnic hair. I get so many transplants looking to get sew-in weaves, lace weaves, relaxers, and even others looking for someone knowledgeable in natural hair care. These women from places like Dallas, Detroit, LA are desperate and I always feel so happy to meet them. Arizona climate takes a toll on ethnic hair, and it is so important to find a hairdresser that can help them with the transition.

I know this isn't exactly what you are asking for, but it is a great resource and you might find some suggestions for a great hairdresser!
