If you want a really cheap place I go to the Supercuts at I-17 and Happy Valley rd. I hate getting my hair cut and have had it with overpriced stylists. Her name is Chris, and she's from West Virgina. She's gets my hair real trendy and cute (I'm 31) and I get lots of compliments.

Call Mureeza Salon in Desert Ridge and ask for Dena Broemmer. She cut/colored my hair for 4 years and I was very happy with her!

You should go to Sarah at Rumors in Scottsdale. She is awesome and she will really listen to what you want...and she does a great job too!

I realize that this particular thread continues to exist, even after a year and a half, but it seems that most of you have forgotten about other "thrifty" haircut options...
If you need to save a few bucks, take a little trip deep down into the heart of good ol' historical Phoenix, and find Bubba who hangs out in
Encanto Park . For under $5.00 he'll give
anybody out there a respectable-lookin' 'do. I'm not sure if he still will, but he used to kick in an eyelash curler as an extra added incentive.
