How much of a problem is kidnapping in Phoenix? There is so much national coverage on kidnapping in Arizona these days. I read an old thread about this, but has it gotten worse?

What kidnapping? I never hear anything about it, that's because it doesn't happen much. Stay away from border towns I guess?
