Any recommendations for a good burger spot close to the downtown area? I heard about some spot on 7th ave near Osborn or something like that, but don't have a name. Getting close to lunch and I could use a good burger today

Ya, I been reading some rave reviews about this place online. Will have to put it on my list of places to go in the near future. Ended going to Lenny's downtown on Central. It was "okay", better than fast food. But I'm still searching for the BEST burger in town.

The place at 7th and Osborn is called the Burger Factory. I drive by it often, have never tried it, but have meant to.

I will if you will!

Two Hippies is pretty good (7th St. & Indian School) and a fun little business, but be warned that it's a tiny place and seating (and standing) can be a challenge. See link.

Best Burger in the metro area... my fave is the 12 OZ Big Ass Burger at Roaring Fork. Best to go during happy hour for deals. See link

The Burger Factory is very good. Their Gyro sandwiches are also good.

But also check out the Burger Works on 2801 N. 15th Ave. Very similar atmosphere to the Chuck Wagon by ASU - charbroiled burgers, you add on the fixings from a central stand. Very good onion rings. Get there early, the lunch crowd fills up quickly. Good bar, lots of patio seating. Kind of a college hangout atmosphere in the downtown corporate area.
