From 10 E to 60 E is that against or with traffic around 6:30 AM?
From 202 E to 101 S is that against or with traffic around 6:30 AM?

Wish there was a website of some sort with average times based on yearly data.

Thanks.

Those are both against traffic, which is heading INTO Phoenix at that hour.

very good. 101 N is the exact opposite at that time and hate taking the 101 at all costs. Thanks.

I hear you. The 101 is the most direct route to/from my house, but I don't like using it, especially southbound at night when all I want to do is get home.

I've been known to get off the 10 or 202 and take surface streets the rest of the way. I got used to doing that when the last part of that stretch of the 101 (which is less than a mile from my house as the crow flies) had not been finished yet. For some reason, sitting still in traffic on a surface street doesn't bother me like doing the same on a freeway.
