I might be buying a beautiful house in Chandler and would be willing to rent it out for anywhere from 1-2 years. Do you think it is hard to find renters willing to rent a house?

I am moving to the Chandler Gilbert Area between feb 2010 and June 2010 and I am not going to buy until I have found the best place which includes commute, neighborhood with lots of activities and also good schools. I will be renting at least a 4 bedroom with pool etc... I think there are a lot of people that will want to rent before buying and You can buy at todays low prices and move in later. I am a realtor and I did that in Minnesota.
