Does anyone know when the construction mess on I-17 going towards Anthem is going to be completed?

I think some of it JUST started as the funding from the Stimulus Package has begun to flow in. I've heard 2 years but not sure if that is an old time frame for completion or is just for the new segments.

Here's ADOT's time frame for that area along with other planned road projects.

Construction always seems to take forever and it seems some roads are always being torn up
