You get the exposed duct work...brick walls etc and in a very cool Art Deco building right in the middle of downtown Phx.
That's actually really cool. I like the idea of a 1 bedroom being under 100k, but I'm thinking a 2 bedroom, possibly 2 bathroom would be just ideal for me. But then again I'm only at the pondering stage. I don't even know the exact salary I'll be getting. I've got an almost guaranteed job out there and I believe I'll be making around 30k base to about 50k with commission I believe. I'm looking within that range, as I don't want to live above my means. I wouldn't mind getting something and doing some minor work on it as long as I can get it for a great and affordable price. I'm sure there's a lot of options for that as well.

Well, nothing really for lofts in Tempe in your price range. Lofts in the downtown area start in the $300's. E.g., Lofts at Orchidhouse, Farmer Ave Lofts.

Can you give me an estimate on the HOA fees at the Orpheum? I like that building but don't know a lot about it.
I honestly don't have an exact number on the HOA fees but I have heard that people pay in the ballpark of $500 per month. I would imagine that the price would varry on the size of unit you own but again...not sure. I also don't know what the fee includes...it may include insurance, water, elec, etc.
