I met up with Col. W. Deering this morning for a few hours of shooting at Selby Gardens. It was a pleasure to meet the Col. and chat about photography as we roamed around taking pictures. Here are a few of mine, I hope she will post hers that she took with her macro. It was tons of fun !
I dont want to post them all in one post, so ill limit it to 3
Very nice, Old Man Winter! It's great that you were able to get together with Col. Deering too. Bibit and I did that one day, and it really is fun to go on a shoot with a fellow photographer and make friends from the CD forums. More people should give it a try with those in their area or if they're traveling to an area where one of us lives.
I had a great day at Selby Gardens in Sarasota, FL with Old Man Winter. Definately have to visit there again because there is so much to see.
Here are a few photos I took....I'll limit them to 3 per post like OMW did.

I never thought to take shots of the grounds lol. Col. D. did you take any of the structure by the bay where they hold weddings ? None of mine were any good . I was hoping to get a few good shots of the stained glass up top. I will need to go back, there is so much I didnt shoot that I wanted to. Thanks for hanging out and talking shop with me too BTW, it was a pleasure. Look forward to shooting with you again !
