My guess is its one of those Thunder thigh busters, or one of those thingies to pump an air mattress... the kind you step on.

Yep a foot pump for putting air in air mattresses or an exercise ball,or what ever good job!
and no choclate cake,we went out for mexican food .grandaughters b'day is the same day so we had a party at resteraunt.
