Fuzz - your shots are a study in composition. Very well done and very thought provoking shots!
Thanks. Honestly I struggled a bit. I live in the mountains and so don't get to practice urban photography. As a result it was hard to "see" the shots. And I'm definitely not comfortable shooting random strangers (in their face) on the street, so that's kind of out.
I agree with bibit612 about your Chicago shots being a study in composition and very thought-provoking. I am so impressed! Also, being originally from the Chicago area, it was a great taste of back home for me.
The view shots from up high are always great as Chicago has a wonderful skyline along the lakeshore. I especially enjoyed the rain shots (or after the rain, as the case may be), the graphic black and white of the El train in the station and the chained-up red and gold bike, but my favorite was the guy walking up the steps to the El and the stations in various colors listed on the steps. I wish I could "see" like you do. You're an inspiration to me for sure.

Thank you. I travel quite a bit and Chicago is one of the most photogenic cities IMHO. Big enough to feel urban and worldly, but small enough to be manageable, with quick and easy access to lots of great photographic vantage points.
