No, Madcap. I could not see the EXIF data on your last photo, but I sure would like to know it for that great photo. Night photography is not one of my strong suits.

While on that subject, how do you usually see the EXIF data on someones picture?

There are a number of ways to see it, but for most web browsers you can probably use the right mouse button to click on the image to get a menu and then left click on "Image Properties" or whatever similar option your browser has. Some browsers may not have that option, and worse yet most of them display only a small subset of the Exif data anyway.

There are various plugins available to enhance what the browser can show. Probably Google can find one for most any browser.

But the best answer is actually to get a really good Exif manipulation program. You'll have to save the image from the browser in order to work with it, but that's easy enough to do. Probably the best Exif program is Phil Harvey's exiftool. It requires that you have a functional Perl interpreter too. In addition to viewing Exif data, exiftool allows you to manipulate the data too. It's great for adding comments, copyright notices, etc. etc.

I use FxIF add-on on FireFox. After installing, right click and selecting FxIF will open the EXIF window. However, it will work only if the hosting website allows for it, or the person hasn't protected/removed it.
