Love the glimpse of the snow-capped mountain and the peacefulness of this scene, Lamplight. It just looks a bit unbalanced to me, with most of the "weight" over on the left side of the photo. I'd like to see a different composition, if possible, and possibly better use of the reflections in the water.
In spite of my constructive criticism, you continue to inspire me every day.

To be honest, I wasn't entirely pleased with that shot, either. I saw the boat passing by and just quickly took the picture while it was still in view of the mountain. I think I'd like it better if I had caught the boat when it was to the right of the mountain.

One can only learn from constructive critique like these.
I picked up some developed film earlier, and I had forgotten that when I took that picture I also had a film camera with me, and got a similar shot with it. However, it's a wider shot and the sailboat's not in it. I can't remember which one I took first.

It's also a bit underexposed, but I didn't want to change it because I was afraid I'd lose the mountain.
This was a much better composition, even if it was a litltle underexposed. Thanks for posting it. I also LOVE the recent one with the colorful umbrellas. Your colors are so much fun!
Thanks Pam! That kite and umbrella display almost hurts my eyes just walking past it.
I prefer not edit my film photos too much (straightening and cropping mostly), but out of curiosity I just attempted making the underexposed one brighter by adjusting curves in Photoshop. However, I couldn't get it to look the way I wanted so I just threw in the towel.
