Perhaps a new cineplex is on tap for the development by the new Lowe's?
I know, the Showcase North AKA Rave is dated, but for me it's a 3 minute drive. There is so much vacant land in that area, always thought it would be developed with a new theater.

As to Lowe's site, I have heard that a movieplex is slated.

I think that's a direct correlation of how the majority of the jobs in this area and the people coming for those jobs are well educated and getting a higher pay well at least among immigrants.

I think that is a big part of it. I also think our lack of an established Hispanic population and a couple big temples in the area contribute.
