Wonder if there was a band of deeper stuff. We had a few inches, I think maybe 4, but not anywhere near 8 it didn't look like. Maybe if you throw in the previous snow, but I'm talking just last night.

But there was no ice here at all.

I just came in from shovelling and cleaning the vehicles off, and I measured 7". That's on top of perhaps an inch that was there to begin with.

I guess I should work on being more fun then.

I'm right near Gibsonia. We have about 5 to 6. No ice here either. I really wouldn't call this a storm, just snowfall.

You're already fun! And you think your wife is beautiful! You've got it all going on!

I rode my bike home from work last night at about 12:15AM. It was sort of a sleet/rain thing and not very nice and going across the Highland Park Bridge was a drag, but I was pleasantly surprised this morning to see a gentle white snow and it is on the tree limbs. Sure is gorgeous.

All should go out and enjoy the day. Go for a walk in Frick Park or Schenley. Then come home and have some warm cider or hot chocolate. I love watching the dogs in this weather. Almost all dogs seem to really love it.
Haha -- well I wouldn't exactly say I'm living on the edge but as with any other day on which I'm not working, I did my best to enjoy it.

Cold, wet slop, from which I have now returned and into which I will return in about an hour. What I hate most about snow -- all cold weather, really -- is the extra clothing it requires. Cold sucks, but snow means cold and wet. Nothing to love in cold and wet.

Got into town for pre-game dinner just fine.
Left after overtime and shootout to roads that were just beginning to be covered.

Such a non-event!
