Maria Holzworth from Howard Hanna really helped us move from Philadelphia - she patiently showed us quite a few homes and kept us up to date on the market, and when things unexpectedly fell apart, she worked very hard to broker a deal that was fair to everyone. She's pleasant, funny, knows the region quite well, especially the south hills. I can't say enough good things about her!

My parents used Paulette Lavsa with Northwood twice and had such a good experience that I also had her assistance with buying my own house when the time came. I was a single 25 year old at the time and it was the height of the housing boom. She made sure I not only got a house that fit my income, but also that I got a good mortgage. It's been 5 years and I have not had a problem with my mortgage or my house and I count myself very lucky. I am not underwater and actually have a small amount of equity built up.
