I don't care if they want to do this, though I also don't see it being a big draw either. I've never been to kennywood & thought I needed a beer.

I don't really care one way or the other. I don't think it will be a busy beer place, like a Universal Studios. They may try it and find out it isn't worth the bother. Hard to say, but drinking beer at Kennywood seems too odd.

Yeah, this.

Kennywood is no longer the family owned park that it once was. It's under new management (which is rather obvious) and they want to make more money off of refreshments. Since us Pittsburghers are hellbent on potato patch fries, they figure they can serve up some beer.

Sure, plenty of people will buy it. And to those who don't, won't.

Really, it doesn't effect me either way. I wouldn't shell out $8 for a beer anyhow.

it's just something they'll offer, not everyone will buy a beer any more than everyone uses each attraction. the steelers are family owned, how much is a beer there?
