I am Greek so I try to hit all of the greek fests around Pittsburgh. Just a suggestion if you have a gyro from time to time, skip the gyro line and go inside and hit the cafeteria line. Get some grape leave, spanakopita or pistichio or what ever suits your fancy. There is a million places in town where you can get a decent gyro. Of course hit the pastry bar too. Enjoy "Opa". If you are brave try the Mistika, I like it better then Ouzo.

My favorite is Galaktoboureko and second is Halva, but I don't often see Halva at a festival. I love dolmades, Pastitsio and my favorite is Moussaka. Only problem with the Moussaka is they now load it with potato and skimp on the eggplant. Potato should only be a bottom layer at most. I wish they would just charge a little extra and make it right. Also, I am always concerned about freezer burn. I have had that taste more than once and it kills the food. I think the old Greek cooks of old are no longer, because this new generation seems to skimp more and don't put the love and time in like the last generation running these festivals. The Greek Festivals are a great time though and I usually at least go to one a year. Almost always at Oakmont, but have been to the North Side, which I think is not gone, but not sure.
