What station was it on, or did you travel to it? Several of my friends tried to find it on TV Saturday night and couldn't find it anywhere.

The result was not pretty, but head coach Paul Chryst suspended several players including starters right before the game. This is a sign that he is sending a message that things will be done HIS way. Ben Howland kicked half of the players off of the team his first year with the Pitt Hoop team, including three starters. All he proceeded to do after that was build Pitt into one of the top ten basketball programs in the country before he passed the torch to Jamie Dixon who has continued. I am not saying this will happen with Paul Chryst, but he needs time before we pass judgement.

Pitt is almost as good as Penn State, maybe they can join forces and be almost a BCS team? This is coming from a very disgruntled Pitt fan by the way.

Still wouldn't be a good team. McGloin and Sunseri both stink.

We were there (long time season ticket holders).
We have 4 seats to every game. We're thinking we might have trouble this year, finding people to go with us!

Oh well, at least the Clarks and the BBQ ribs did not disappoint!

This team is frustrating to me, I find it harder to root for them every year. Not just the **** poor play on the field, but as a student at Pitt, one thing that annoys me is the attitude of the players. Real good idea to go to the bar the night before your game, or get in a fight in the middle of the night before your first game (a rumor).

Nothing new there. Joey Diven once beat up half the team out in Oakland. (This was back in the 1950's) There were many incidents back in the 70's and 80's.
