Cloudy, nasty, dreary, bleak, and depressing here in Eastern PA. The clouds and drizzle just keep looming over us. I see the cloud break is around Harrisburg on the radar, and it doesn't seem to move. Most of the time it is sunnier out here than in Pittsburgh................
