There's a hotel(not your normal hotel as it's pretty dumpy and old...but 2 beds, TV, microwave, fridge. The campground, hotel, and cabin are all right near each other at the Marina.

More going on at Salt Fork. Not as secluded as Piedmont.

I've done both at both places. Just depends on the weather. Rain or cold we get a cabin/hotel. Salt Fork, imo is nicer but it all depends on what you're looking for.
